I'm Corey Hobbs. A Registered Dietitian and Strength and Conditioning Coach in Scottsdale, Arizona. I currently serve as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Canyon View High School in Waddell, Arizona.
So, what is it exactly I do? You know how as you get older you can't do the athletic things you used to be able to do and often get injured when you try?
I like to say I help people Fuel their Strength, Nourish their Future, and Thrive. I coach people to use food and exercise to live and move pain free so they can continue doing the things they love with the people they love.
To get started it's really simple. First, we have a quick 20-30 minute minute meeting so I can better understand your needs, goals, what's worked before, and what hasn't worked before. Second, I put together your plan based on our meeting, I'll send you plenty of resources to help along your journey, and all you have to do is show up and execute your plan. Throughout the entire process, you'll have my personal cell phone so you can text me with questions any time they come up. Every week I check in to see how you're feeling about the upcoming week, and if we need to make adjustments, we can make it happen. Lastly, we'll meet once per month to track your progress and make sure you're headed in the right direction.
The body can only take so much. If you wait too long, you could lose your self reliance and the people you love could lose you.
