Prior to working with me, Todd did well with strength work, but needed help with cardio and controlling body weight. He was drawn to the program because he knew me (we went to high school and West Point together and still remain close friends) and my knowledge of health and fitness. Since starting, Todd has met a majority of his personal goals, lost 25 pounds, and made progress in strength and cardio fitness.
Before starting with me, Brendan wasn't making the progress he wanted to see in the gym. He was drawn to the program when he saw my skill in the gym. Now, he is meeting his goals and consistently improving.
To anyone on the fence, "Definitely sign up. The institutional knowledge that Corey has is tremendously beneficially, and he will support you, and help you meet and maintain your goals".
Prior to starting with me, Michael made great progress on his own, but he needed help getting to his goal weight. He heard about the program through Facebook, and since starting, he has lost 30 pounds, is stronger, faster, in much better shape, and healthy habits have become an integral part of his life.
Travis noticed that he had plateaued, and his physical fitness was not making the progress he wanted to see. He was drawn to me thanks to my background in collegiate athletics and knowledge in physical fitness. Since starting, Travis is stronger and faster. He now has even larger goals he knows he can reach.
Amanda reached out to me because she wanted to get stronger. I was the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Golf team at Tennessee Tech, and Amanda is the Golf Coach. She is now stronger and more knowledgeable in nutrition and health.
Stephen was drawn to the program when Corey asked if he would be interested. Stephen was very stiff, and his mobility was lacking. Currently, his mobility is much better with less aches and pains.
Sean was drawn to Corey because he seemed well versed in his field. He is a collegiate golfer looking to improve athleticism and explosiveness. Currently, he is the most mobile he has ever been, and he is moving much quicker
John was drawn to the program so that he could help his wife with her goals while getting himself healthier in the process. Prior to starting on the program, John was a little overweight and wanted to learn more about nutrition. After a couple months on the program, he has already reached his initial goal.
To anyone on the fence, "Give it a shot for 2 months, follow the directions to the best of your ability and you'll see results. There's no real contract so worst case you can drop off the program and try something else".
Evan was drawn to the program because he wanted to help me out with the new program and get quality nutrition and Pillars of Health Approach. He enjoyed the education portion, but admits he didn't see much change because he didn't fully commit.
To anyone on the fence, "The program is more for those who want to focus on functional fitness/health rather than to see how much they can bench/squat/deadlift. The workouts aren't overly intense but are effective and not only help to improve strength, but also mobility, flexibility, and durability. It is focused on long term gain rather than an immediate change".
Sam was drawn to the program because we're friends, and she knew I'd have her best interest in mind. She now has a better awareness of her eating and a healthier relationship with food. She now prioritizes more movement in her daily routine as well.
To anyone on the fence, "It is a great program and you will learn a lot and also enable you to be just be more aware in a world where looking at labels is not the norm. You will have a great foundation that will build. At the end you will feel more at ease and confident in yourself, your abilities, and then just better because you'll be eating healthier".
Mike was drawn to the program so he could work with someone with a passion for health/wellness and experience as an athlete and a coach. He now makes better food choices, knows what healthier alternatives are and how to find them, and has a better grasp on portion sizing.
To anyone on the fence, "Nothing changes if you don't. Expertise and experience are as valuable as ever, working with someone that knows what they are doing is worth it if you are serious about achieving your goals".
Oscar was drawn to the program because he trusts Corey and recognized he would be able to trust Corey many of the other options out there. He's getting closer to his goals, and he definitely has increased strength and mobility.
To anyone on the fence, "if you’re the kind of person who has “tried everything” and just can’t quite get the results you want on your own this program is the thing that will finally help"
Michelle was drawn to the program because she was unsure of nutrition and had a crazy schedule. She has made some great progress in many areas of her life, and still continues to make positive changes.
To anyone on the fence, "If you need accountability and encouragement, Corey is the perfect option"
Parker was drawn to the program due its smart programming and training splits. He has seen a great gain in strength.
To anyone on the fence, "Absolutely go for it!"
This person was drawn to the program due to accountability to help them reach their goals. Prior to starting, this person was doing minimal upper body training with no direction on what exercises to do. While in the program, upper body strength has improved while maintaining a good level of activity in a strange time of their health.
