I want to put your health in your hands and upheave the current (broken) medical system. When we look at health improving programs, they often only look at one thing - weight. The current medical system works in silos, and many practitioners don't talk to each other. When we look at when real change happens, it is when all of these things are integrated. That's why I started coaching.
